1. Program Description

Mile High TruLight LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, installation confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers such as seasonal discounts.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Mile High TruLight LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of 8AM–8PM local time unless specifically requested.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially. You may also opt out by:

7. Supported Carriers

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Content of Messages

Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, and other content related to permanent LED lighting installation services.

10. Age Requirement

11. Limitation of Liability

Mile High TruLight LLC and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any charges incurred from your carrier. The program may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Our program follows CTIA best practices and complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
